To fully benefit from AjiaGate, we encourage you to register on the website. During registration, please provide accurate information about yourself. If your details change, please promptly update them at gate.ajia@gmail.com.
After registration, it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account details and password. Our support services will never request your password. We are not liable for any losses resulting from the misuse of your registration details. If a security breach is suspected, please contact us immediately.
By registering or placing an order on the website, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria described above and that all provided information is accurate. Commercial use of the site is not allowed, and commercial entities may not register. If we suspect that any provided information is false or inaccurate, we reserve the right to deactivate your account.
3- Orders:
When you place an order on AjiaGate, you confirm the accuracy of the details provided and that you meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the terms and conditions.
By placing an order on the site, you agree to purchase the items at the indicated price, along with any applicable shipping fees, taxes, and duties. While we strive for accurate pricing, occasional errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, you will have the option to cancel the order or reconfirm it with the correct price. If you choose to cancel, a full refund will be processed within two weeks.
Reservations for items on AjiaGate are not permitted. However, you can place advance orders for specific pre-order items, which require advance payment. Pre-order and special items are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to deliver them, in which case a full refund will be issued.
If items are out of stock but you’ve registered for notifications, we may inform you by email within 48 hours of their availability. In rare instances, items may become unavailable between order placement and processing; we will notify you and work to resolve the issue. AjiaGate is not responsible if the ordered item becomes unavailable, except for refunding the amount paid for that item.
After placing an order, please review the details for accuracy regarding size, color, and quantity. You are solely responsible for the information provided in your order.
Orders on AjiaGate are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders may be rejected due to ineligibility, payment authorization issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or stock availability. AjiaGate reserves the right to reject an offer of purchase at its discretion.
Receipt and order confirmation will be sent via email, with only AjiaGate having the authority to confirm order acceptance. AjiaGate is not liable for damages resulting from order fulfillment issues.

Payment on AjiaGate can be made using debit or credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. We also support payments through PayPal.
Your card is charged after placing an order. By using your card, you confirm ownership or authorization from the cardholder. Cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer refuses authorization, AjiaGate is not responsible for order cancellation.
We are not responsible for foreign exchange fees charged by banks or payment processors when placing or refunding orders.
AjiaGate reserves the right to decline orders if payments are not authorized, payment methods are invalid, or unauthorized use is suspected. AjiaGate may also cancel orders.
5- Currency:
Product prices on AjiaGate are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). If your debit/credit card is not in KWD, the final amount is based on the exchange rate when your payment card issuer processes the transaction.
We are not responsible for foreign exchange fees charged by banks or payment processors when placing or refunding orders.

The use of content is only permitted when explicitly authorized by AjiaGate or its third-party licensors in writing. Any unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of content may result in penalties.
AjiaGate reserves the right to delete or withhold publication of any inappropriate comments.

Since we do not charge customs, duties, or taxes, orders are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). You may be charged import duties according to your country’s rules and regulations.
