1. Return Request Process

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

– Send a return request via email to gate.ajia@gmail.com. All return requests must be made via email before you ship the item(s) back to us. This allows us to efficiently process your request.

**Important:** Do not send the item(s) without receiving our approval for your return request via email. If you do so, we may be obligated to return the item(s) to you at your own expense, and your return request will be automatically rejected.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

– Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and unused.

– All original tags must be attached, and the original packaging must be included.

– Footwear and accessories should be returned with their original branded boxes and dust bags (if provided) and placed inside a protective box for return.

– When trying on footwear, please ensure that you do not mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

3. Return Packaging

When returning your items, please include any accessories, branded boxes, or cases that came with your order inside the reusable AjiaGate packaging. Failure to include these items or any damage to them may result in the denial of your refund.

4. Return Location

Whether you arrange for a collection or drop off your return, it should be done from the country or region where you placed your order.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

– Hosiery, lingerie, undergarments, and swimwear items.

– Face masks (unless damaged or faulty upon delivery).

– Made-to-order items (as they are customized to your specifications).

– Perfumes, make-up, cosmetics, and skincare products.

6. Refunds Process

After your return is received by our website, please allow up to 6 calendar days for processing. Once your return is accepted, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. The timing of the refund’s appearance in your account may vary and can take up to 14 days, depending on your payment provider.

Important Note: Please be aware that any customs duties or taxes, including those incurred upon the return of a product, will not be refunded. In the case of successfully returned items purchased using a promotional code, the refund will be for the original amount paid (the amount charged after the promotional discount was applied). The promotional code used will no longer be valid. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may be up to 14 days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
